Short bio
Gustavo Tavares holds a PhD in Administration from the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE – FGV) and is an Associate Professor at Insper, specializing in human resource management, organizational behavior, and leadership. He is an Associate Editor of the Brazilian Review of Public Administration (RAP) and serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory (JPART) and the Asia-Pacific Journal of Public Administration. Before becoming an academic, he served as an Air Force Officer in the Brazilian Air Force.
